The main Museum entrance is via Nicolson Street. After entering through the glass atrium, the Museum reception is on the third floor, accessible by lift or staircase. The lift and staircase provide access to all floors of the Museum.
Due to the historic nature of the building, there is a portion of the upper gallery that is not be accessible to wheelchairs wider than 66cm.
Disabled toilet facilities are available in the basement of the Museum.
